Are you using the current version from the Google Play store? If you were a part of our beta program, please be sure you are using the currently released version.

Assuming so, can you check that you have them enabled in the settings app on Android? Here’s Google’s explanation of how to do this. Go down to "Choose how you're notified on your phone" and check out the first two sections.

If that still doesn't work, could you please try deleting the Crafted Pour app and reinstalling it from the Google Play store?
